Yuli Wang a988fb293e LoongArch: Enable UBSAN (Undefined Behavior Sanitizer) 
Select ARCH_HAS_UBSAN in order to allow the user to enable CONFIG_UBSAN
and instrument the entire kernel for ubsan checks.
